Hydration


Yes, I know, I know 💤💤💤 we all know we should be nailing it but perhaps don’t quite get there.


It’s been a primary focus for me this year. Hydration is super important to keeping me on track.


We know the benefits ~ better skin, increased clarity and the removal of mental fogs, we feed our appetite rather than our thirst, we are more productive and get shit done, we feel stacks better.


How do you make sure you’re doing it though? Here’s the little tips I’ve used;

🌟 get a 1ltr bottle. I have a 1ltr Honey Holly bottle (you can find them on Amazon) and I make sure it’s on my desk at the beginning of the day. The mad thing is that if there’s water there then you tend to drink it.

🌟 cups with strawers ~ lots of people find it stacks easier to drink more water if they can sip away at it.

🌟 recording water intake so you are thinking about how much you’ve drank until it becomes more habitual.

Find a way that works for you. Stick with it 🙌
