I was invited by Bannatynes to record a little video with them to celebrate my success (and obviously for marketing purposed for them).
It’s nice to have a little shimmy through what you’ve achieved. We so often don’t give ourselves credit for how far we’ve come.

I also got the opportunity to use the Inbody scales during the recording too. Now, I totally wish I had had the forethought to do that from the beginning. A detailed break down of your body composition is so interesting.

I did have some metrics taken by my PT early on in my journey which showed –
BMI = 33.1
Body Fat = 45.1%
Visceral Fat = 8.5
So the totals look a little something like this;
Weight loss – 91lbs
BMI – 12.3
Body Fat – 26.8%
Visceral Fat -5.5
